Why this free event?

First of all: the first event was SO POWERFUL, inspiring and healing!

And secondly, well, I can answer that swiftly: We are collectively going through a lot of turmoil right now... that's it.

And not just collectively, individually we go through discomfort, overwhelm, pain, fear, etc. 
We have moments of feeling vulnerable, stressed, unsafe, exhausted, in a state of grief, and misunderstood. 

With this type of stress we become disregulated, which stresses us even more and so the loop starts, digging deeper grooves into the sand.

As this is not the time for me to hide my gifts but to share them for the good of all, I want to offer space and time for us to get together and do some healing by acknowledging the feelings, allowing them and discharging them to bring stresslevels down and taking home a few simple tools to continue.

Why do this with me?

First of all I am great at holding space. I am trained in nervous system regulation through the Silent Counselling method. I have guided many using this modality, both with clients and I also teach people to become certified. I love doing both.
I offer a few simple tools so you can continue at home.
A private session with me usually costs $111, so, why not, I ask!

And last but not least, I was dropped on this planet to assist people in their healing...
